We would like to show our immense gratitude and appreciation for three very important members of our team. This year we celebrate anniversaries for:
Mr. Fredrick B. Lewis - Expert Shop Foreman - 25 years on June 29, 2023
Mrs. Cherie Clark - Executive Office Manager - 12 years on June 19, 2023
Mr. Alex Broome - Senior Project Manager - 10 years on April 10, 2023
We are the proud new owners of the V807,
a fully automated plasma cutting steel beam line.
2022 has been a challenging year with never ending steel price increases, production halts, and manufacturing shortages across the globe. But we are determined and we are working tirelessly to keep up with and move into a new and improved chapter of our business. We have broken ground on a new fabrication shop that will not only increase our efficiency but provide us even more production ability. The state of our economy and government may have many people hesitant to invest in themselves but we are steadfast in our faith that we have been given the opportunity, and the means to pursue our new goals. It is with the heaviest hearts we said goodbye to the man who started it all. It is because of his love of Christ, love of his family, and his unrequited work ethic that we have been left with these building blocks. With renowned faith and conviction we are learning to navigate this new world without our beloved Benny Joiner. It is now our mission to work in his honor, and we commit to make this company the best it has ever been.

"Let the elders who rule well be considered worthy of double honor, especially those who labor in preaching and teaching"
1 Timothy 5:17
This year began with high energy and large promise. Then it slammed to a stop for schools, businesses, and a large part of our economy. Some businesses and industry were deemed essential. We are blessed to be in an industry that was not impacted negatively. In fact, our business was able to stay open and stay busy, some may say even more so than before the shut down. We are grateful, we are diligent, and we will not stop giving our very best effort in the midst of uncertainty and widespread change. Our industry is essential to the world, and our amazing employees are absolutely essential to us. So thank you employees for your effort and patience in these times!
As we push onward in this second half of 2020, we are reminded that in Jeremiah 29:11, that God is always watching over His people. The verse reads, “’For I know the plans I have for you,’ declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” It is in these times as a country and as a human race we must lead with love and Christlike intention and behavior. Our company has been blessed and our jobs have have continued to exceed timelines and production is moving swiftly. We are hopeful for a continued prosperous fall and winter, free of illness and negativity.
We are wrapping up our first month of 2019 and our work in Waynesboro, GA. We have had two jobs in the same city this month, and our crews have been better than ever! J&A Fabrication is rocking and rolling and SEC is creating a reputation we are immensely proud of, THANKS GUYS!!!
Work willingly at whatever you do, as though you were working for the Lord rather than the people. ~Colossians 3:23
As we transition into the Spring season we are reminded of the many blessings we have in our lives. Our shop has been wonderfully efficient and gracious as we ask them for additional tasks over the last few weeks. Thanks J&A Shop for all your help and hard work.
We want to wish our vendors and customers a Happy Easter and let you know we are currently filling our project baskets with jobs that will begin 3rd and 4th quarter of this year. We look forward to the continued business and relationships we have with each of you.
As we continue to wrap up our extremely busy Summer, we are elated for cooler temperatures and all that Fall brings. The Dog Days of Summer have been pretty dog gone good to us this year. Our Summer has been record breaking, we have booked more projects than in the past years, and finished one in record time. We have worked with three additional Erection crews to seamlessly meet all our deadlines. Summer 2019 has been one of the hardest and most rewarding that this company has ever seen. We are eager to take this momentum right into the 3rd Quarter and hope to only improve from here. THANK YOU EMPLOYEES, you are the reason we succeed!!
We wrapped up our work on the Perry High School gym only to swing into action down in Crisp County Middle School. Our efforts are spread from the coast to the Macon and Warner Robins areas. We are blessed to have the work and delighted to continue to earn new contracts. The 2019 year is an exceptional year for our companies.
Welcome 2018! Joiner & Associates and Joiner Steel Erection Company have taken the bull by the horns, as this year has started with a wild ride of challenges and successes. The office site has finally completed an interior renovation to bring our space into this era of productivity. Thank you office crew for your patience and understanding during the dust and debris, but mostly thank you for your help! The shop has already felt the benefits of our newest Joiner family member, with a rejuvenated saw, maintained and cleaned equipment, a clearer and cleaner jobsite, motivated help with our advanced operating software, a new parking lot, and a new truck lane coming soon! The fabrication shop is headed for a positive and more efficient long term production. Our guys in the field have been covering the state of Georgia like this wild weather, one day they are in the west and the next all the way in Brunswick. We thank you, field crew, for your efforts and the face you give Joiner Steel Erection Company.
"Be joyful in Hope, Patient in affliction, Faithful in prayer."
Romans 12:12
The second quarter of 2018 has provided us many opportunities to grow both internally learning new processes to improve production but also externally as we continue to expand our network. We are grateful for the blessings that have been bestowed upon our great company and all of our employees who have stayed loyal and diligent. We hope to continue these successes and also continue to celebrate the hard work our team puts forth.
This quarter we were able to celebrate the 20th Anniversary of employment for our Lead Foreman in the shop, Mr. Fred Lewis. His years of dedication and loyalty are what have kept the backbone of our business strong and safe. Fred has a keen eye for hiring and runs the "tightest ship" in our fabrication shop. Happy 20 years with us, Fred!!
"The foundation stones for a balanced success are honesty, character, integrity, faith, love and loyalty. " ~Zig Ziglar
This quarter we were fortunate enough to participate in a project that held great sentimental value, and provided us additional advertising and an opportunity to support local business. A structure that was originally constructed by our founder and owner, was lifted and re-located by Ben, Vice President and son of the owner. As with all things, we must grow into the new times in order to compete and excel. Ben is an alumni of the institution we provided services for and now his children will have the opportunity to enjoy the efforts of their grandfather and father.
Our fabrication and erection crew worked hard hot overtime hours this summer and did a fantastic job staying on task and reaching goals. We are forever thankful for their efforts and loyalty. We are all looking forward to cooler fall weather.
Train up a child in the way he should go; even when he is old he will not depart from it.
Proverbs 22:6
This is a High School gym located in Perry, Georgia. The job began on Sep 8, 2018. On 10.12.2018, in the wake of a massive hurricane, our guys were able to make one of the largest lifts they have ever made, lifting 140 foot girder using two cranes simultaneously. Not only was it successful, it was quick and the second identical lift performed later was smoother and faster than the first lift. We are so proud to have such a fantastic crew out there!
This quarter has been one of the most exciting yet! We hired a new employee, Mr. Clint Forehand, for sales and production and we are beyond thrilled to see skills shine and what he will bring to Joiner & Associates. This quarter has also been a successful one in time management as we wrapped up jobs and were able to enjoy our Christmas holidays with our friends and family to its fullest. We are all ready to begin the new year with grateful hearts and hopeful sights.
“Fear not, for behold, I bring you good news of great joy that will be for all the people. For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Savior, who is Christ the Lord. And this will be a sign for you: you will find a baby wrapped in swaddling cloths and lying in a manger.” ~An Angel, Luke 2:10-12
The third quarter has been lucrative and successful. We are moving forward in all of our jobs and beginning fabrication for the jobs that will take us into the next year. Our shop continues to push onward with precision and efficiency, and our field crew is closely following the lead by keeping our jobs on schedule. Thank you to all the men who make this possible. Also a very special thank you to Alex and Cherie who handle the behind the scenes office work and truly make the machine a "well-oiled" one.
The plans of the diligent lead surely to abundance, but everyone who is hasty comes only to poverty.
Proverbs 21:5
Hot long summer days are upon us at Joiner & Associates. Our employees are putting in the sweat and hard work it takes to keep the wheels turning and we are beyond thankful for their determination. Fred and the guys have really turned it up in our fabrication shop and kept us ahead of schedule! Way to go, guys!!! Our field crew continues to feel the literal beating of the sun on their backs as well as the time crunches, but they have done a great job of moving forward at all costs. Thank you, JSEC!
We are steadily planning and filling our calendars for the remainder of this calendar year and the beginning of the next. The construction industry is doing quite well and the effects can be felt all the way down to us, the small business.
We are constantly reminded to be thankful, even to that of the hot summer sun. Thanks Team!
In everything give thanks. ~ 1 Thessalonians 5:18
As we round down the first quarter of this new year, we at Joiner & Associates and Joiner Steel Erection have been furiously busy planning, preparing, bidding, fabricating, and erecting multiple projects. Together, we have been progressing and preforming like a well oiled machine, or that shiny LinkBelt we are so proud to own. We look forward to the next quarter and all the work we have been blessed to book already. We would like to thank all the employees and members of our teams for your hard work and diligence in the last few months. To all our business professionals and contractors we have had the pleasure of working with recently, thank you for your patience and also for your hard work to bring us with you to become apart of these builds that which we are honored to share your name and reputation. Cheers to 2017 so far, and Happy St. Patty's Day to you!
May the Strength of God pilot us,
May the Wisdom of God instruct us,
May the Hands of God protect us,
May the Word of God direct us.

We have acquired four new projects this month and an additional eight are on the road to completion. Our awesome teams have fabricated and erected a massive multi-tiered 10 foot wide staircase. The field crew has acted as a finely tuned machine working together and completing each phase of the jobs within the time projected in the bid. We are so proud of our teams!
